LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A woman died two days after a July 4 fire at a mobile home in the Las Vegas Valley, city officials said.

A woman initially listed in critical condition following a mobile home fire in the 2700 block of Stewart Avenue near Eastern Avenue in downtown Las Vegas on Friday died Sunday, according to a statement from Las Vegas authorities.

The woman, who city officials did not identify, was hospitalized after the fire Friday. While Las Vegas Fire and Rescue was still working to determine the cause of the blaze, it is one of several fires that broke out over the July 4 holiday weekend.

On Friday, two other homes were damaged and two firefighters were injured while extinguishing a fire at a terraced house in the East Valley.
