On July 10, at approximately 1:18 p.m., Baltimore Police Department officers responded to the 4200 block of Frankford Avenue to investigate a call about a cut.

Upon arrival, officers observed an unidentified male suffering from multiple life-threatening stab wounds in the 5400 block of Belair Road. Medics transported the victim to an area hospital, where despite life-saving measures, he was pronounced dead.

A preliminary investigation revealed that the stabbing occurred on an MTA bus in the 4200 block of Frankford Avenue due to a verbal altercation.

Officers were able to apprehend an unidentified male suspect in this incident.

Homicide detectives stepped in and took control of this investigation.
